This deck plays much like the BY Token Disciples deck where you aim to get down an early Disciple and buff it using Toads/Mantas/Events while also reducing Windstorm Colossus.

The problem I had with that deck was that you are forced to sit back early and if the opponent does the same he can build up a superior force. The other problem was burn.

So I have spliced in Doomsday with the supporting package of Hold The Line (event + healing), Cartographer (gives an event, and gives post-Doomsday Faeria), Radiance, and Balloon Fish. Given the healing it also made sense to include Soul Pact (another event and post-Doomsday Faeria). You are only likely to Doomsday once so 2 copies of most cards are sufficient to ensure you draw it early enough.

So you play as normal building up a big Disciple and getting a Windstorm on the board. However you also keep one eye on a Doomsday opportunity. If the opponent has spent all their Faeria/cards and you have good hand for post-Doomsday then its time to blow everything up! You can also use it in a pinch to stop lethal because a comeback is always viable.

A good hand post-Doomsday would be having an Explore/Soul Pact and a fully reduced Colossus. Or you Balloon Fish a swole Disciple up to the opponents face then Doomsday. Soul Pacts and Radiance is another good hand.

Once you Doomsday an opponent they never forget. That fear factor can force them to bank Faeria in subsequent matches, however if they do not commit to the board this deck can still win without the Doomsdaying.

Play this deck. Instill fear wherever you go!

-----Gameplay Advice----------

Mulligan: 1. Disciple 2. Cartographer 3. Battle Toads.

Lands: Use the first 4 turns to make lands as follows: Desert - Lake - Orb - Lake - Desert. Then you can draw.

Strategy: If you are losing on board early then save the Soul Pacts, Explores, Balloon Fish for Doomsday. If you are winning on board then feel free to use them to push your advantage. Also if you draw 2 Balloon Fish then use one to secure a double collect spot with a token.

Doomsday Notes: Doomsday costs 9 then resets your Faeria to 0. So if you have more than 9 on the turn you intend to play it you should spend it if you can. If you have 12 you can drop a Cartographer and Doomsday and get 2 back via the explore. If you have 10 you can Balloon Fish and Doomsday which is good for retaining a collector or putting a threat to face. You should also play Hold the Line and Time of Legends before Doomsdaying unless you plan to use it later to buff Disciple. You cannot use the powerwheel after playing Doomsday so use it before.
