Mulligans: Look for water elementals and triton trainers/warrirors. Never keep fugoro or the ruby yak. Don't keep shadowsilk either, its too slow, and does help against rush.
Goal: Avoid your opponent on board for as long as possible, just using the mobility of the creatures to collect and stockpile faeria. Get Fugoro(Time of legends is to help with that), choose ulani's medallion, get ruby yak(biomancer helps), and famine(shadowsilk faerie to help). The last part is to have at least 4 other creature to be affected by the medallion, if you lack creatures on board then that is what Rain of Fish is for. All told, the full combo is play yak -> rain of fish -> ulanis medallion on ruby yak -> famine(19 faeria total). Having 4 other creatures are more to transform and use famine on is an otk.
Gameplan: Build to the opposite of your opponent and work to their well. Just collect and move aboud, dont be afraid to throw down some jumpers for board prescence, mystic beasts are very helpful. Keep finding combo pieces as you collect and then deliver defeat to your opponent with the mighty power of the Ruby Yak.
