There's so many ways to build RY angry and this is my take.

You want to draw a lot to find the right creature, and you want to play a lot of creatures. This creates some trade-offs;

1. Creature cost/durability:

You can go cheap, things like Spite Sprite, Outland Ranger, Keldran Soldier, Demon Wrangler - Good for playing lots of creatures but they die easily and constantly need replenished, and it's difficult to get enough draw with RY. Faeria is easier to come by since you have so many collectors, so it pays to invest in sturdier bois.

I've chosen Axe Grinder, Demon Wing (for flying, good with mobility), and Imperial Trooper (good stats, plays on any land, 2nd mountain is the 4th land so makes it play earlier than Pest/Warbeast/Sandstone).

Thunder Eel and Cannon Carrier back the early creatures up and are good at sticking around.

Eventually you are getting out 0 cost Hate Seeds and Firebringers, but you need to stay on the board until you get them out.


2. Removal:

You don't have any events - it's all creatures. So removal comes from movement via Horsemaster and Fanatic, and more direct removal from Windsoldier and Thunder Eel. Bonus points for getting a global removal Thunder Eel with Horsemaster and Fanatic.


3. Draws:

Nothing angry which draws cards so it's up to the powerwheel. You don't want to mess about playing lots of lands. Just get the 4 lands down then start drawing. The flying creatures and Cannon Carrier help you get about without building more lands - and Imperial Trooper can steal a land for you.


4. Aggressiveness:

You can build rush, midrange, or control with RY Angry. I think control works best because it takes time to buff the angry creatures and draw them. Therefore play defensively towards the opponent and use the movement/removal to take trades.


Mulligan:

1. Demon Wing - keep Fanatic, Horsemaster, Imperial Trooper.
2. Axe Grinder - keep Imperial Trooper.
3. Oradrim Fanatic - keep Imperial Trooper.


Lands:

1. Desert / Mountain
2. 1st Mountain / 1st/2nd Desert
3. 1st Mountain / 2nd Desert
4. 2nd Mountain


Burn is a pain - not figured out how to make a burn-proof version yet.
