Rakoan feels very strong at the moment. I climbed from rank 5 to god with only 1 or 2 losses out of about 12 games. It's very good against rush and tempo decks. This is not very different to other rakoan decks in the past though.
The biggest weakness is it's hard to go aggressive quickly, but it has many tools to control the board. The old Ulani is the biggest win con here I feel because it draws the answers you need. War Machine should be good but I am not sure how best to use it.
