A midrangey RY deck, with Scourgeflame as a finisher. Getting even one Skycaptain buff on Scourgeflame can make it a nightmare for your opponent to remove.
Thunder Eel is good for filling out your curve and is actually a decent creature even if your opponent doesn't have a creature over an ocean tile.

Having 2 Fire Elemerals and 0 Air Elementals seems odd given that there are as many yellow creatures as red, and the Air Elementals get the Skycaptain buff.
