So i've been tweaking and tweaking my neutral rush to try to find something i feel is viable. This is the final result. That i hope you enjoy.

TL:DR - Neutral rush with banquet as a surprise tech, decent amount of buffs, 6 faeria generation creatures, and Daring Adventurer for mid to late game. Mulligan: Banquet, Queens Guard,Tax Collector, Jester, and Outpost. Daring Adventurer with Banquet, if you go second is also good.

The deck has some very nice cards for the rush archetype, and i've tried to figure out which creatures give the best value with imperial outpost.

Queens Guard is just amazing in any rush deck and this deck is no exception. It can become very strong with a lucky jester buff, and is amazing with outpost and banquet.

Court Jester is one of the only good buffs for a pure neutral deck, and it's innate taunt is very nice in some match-ups, and to stop opponents from collecting.

Imperial Outpost, is THE most important card of the entire deck, no need for any further explanation.

Daring Adventurer is by far the best neutral creature value-wise, for mid to late game, and gets very disgusting with jester buffs and/or banquet. A surprise 9/9 jump to the face, is nothing to sneeze at. Even as a vanilla 6/6 with 1 outpost on board, gives you a 4 cost 7/6.

Tax Collector has been a bit of a surprise for me, it gives the deck some extra faeria generation, and comboes well with banquet and outpost too.

Triton Banquet is possibly just as important as Outpost, because it gives you some very unexpected surprise tech, that most people will not expect from a neutral rush deck.

These are the most important cards for the deck imo, and are basically core, with the exception of Tax collector. Which you can switch for whatever you'd like.

Honourable mention: Master Swordsman is amazing too, a 4/3 for 3 on your turn is nice on it's own, but if jester does his magic, you get a very respectable 4/5 vanilla, and 6/5 on your turn. That plus either a campfire, banquet, or just an outpost, suddenly makes it a very scary card.

Mulligan isn't so important because you have a lot of 3 cost creatures, but queens guard, jester, tax collector, outpost and banquet are all good. Daring adventurer + banquet if you're second, is also quite strong too.
