I've had very good results with that deck, so try it and tell me what u think.
It's not really a rush deck, but u need to be fast, try to reach as fast as possible the enemy orb, all this deck will consist on how u manage to place your "Rakoan chieftain"; u also need to place a yellow land at 1,2 or 3 slots from the enemy orb to attack him with your "Wind soldier" who, boosted by your chieftains, do 5 damages, 1/4 of the total life, which is huge.
Your "Battle rager", boosted with your chieftains can really do a huge amount of damages, especially if they hit a creature with a lot of attack (or the enemy orb of course).
"oradrim fanatic" are really good to harvest faeria in the 2 wells of one side by jumping (if u don't have 2 lands in one side of the board, beneath the enemy well and above yours), but also by moving your chieftain in a good position.
You've got many damages to finish your opponent or to clear the board, it is often better to clear the board and have advantage, especially when you also damage your opponent with "Seifer's wrath", but don't forget that u need to be fast, and in many fight u'll do a third (1/3) of the enemy total damages with your red damages (thanks to "hellfire")
I decided to put "Azaraï, wrath of the desert" into this deck because the meta is full of small creatures (hi "Sky yak"!), and when you've got 3, 4 or more small enemy creatures, it's a real pleasure to play him, surprise guarantied, but feel free to replace him if you want ( forr example witha third "hellfire").
I also decided to put 2 "Chocking sand" instead of "last nightmare" because first u need events for your "Windstorm chargers", and also because all your cards cost 2 red or yellow, and "last nightmare" cost 3.
By the way, try to play your red direct damages before to attack with "Windstorm charger", you'll do more damages.
And finally, don't be defensive, this isn't the idea of the deck.
