This deck just got me to god rank (and -for now at least into top 10), so I thought I'd do a quick write up. I copied it from Luuu90's stream but not sure where he got it...feel free to msg me if you want credit.
Mulligans - you want a collector, so aim for
Gabrian Commander + Lore Thief
Gabrian Archon
Spring Mochi/Lore Thief by themselves
Playstyle - mostly you're looking for value, this deck is capable of some really explosive turns, with a bit of RNG. You'll be tempted to play out your hand, but that's not always the right move. Plan for that big turn where your windfalls and tortoises turn things around and try to play defensively until then. I usually turtle with my lands and keep my early plays to a minimum. Gabrian Commander opens the early game up in some great ways letting you potentially triple collect, get good value trades and/or place an aggressive land. In most cases, the late game belongs to you, so don't feel pressured to go aggressive unless the situation really calls for it.
I rated this as expert because there are a lot of ways things can go wrong if you place your lands wrong, spend your faeria on the wrong thing at the wrong time, rely too heavily on hellfire or take trades when you should be backing off. This deck is also fairly meta-dependent, so don't blame me if it's awful in a week.
