This is what I used to beat Arboria.
Since I don't have a full cardlist, it hasn't been optimized.
- The Emperor's Command
- Eredon, Voice of All
-2 Blood Obelisk
-3 Shedim Brute
+3 Herald of War
+ Seifer, Blood Tyrant
+2 Ruunin's Guidance
+ Krog, Ogre King
That would be the changes I'd make.
Really easy to play against Arboria - remember to always keep a creature in your hand, defend against her early threats, advance by land placement, place a mountain, then let the superbuffed creature pound.
