Mulligan: Windstorm Charger, Windstorm Archer, Flowersik/Sunsilk Faerie, Outland Ranger, Earthcraft.

Opening:

General: Play around windstorms with events, and buff windstorms/ Faerie with the green cards.

Improvement: Not tested yet. You can replace Earthcraft for removers like last nightmare, Chocking Sand or Soul Drain. Windstorm Colossus is also a good alternative.
