Stay at both your wells unless you are against burn or ranged units. Against burn and ranged units you need to go up 1 side or even down middle. Look for bloomsprite/elders in mulligan, if you have a unit to sacrifice, you can keep wrangler or assassin, khalim+caretaker/fanatic is a strong start too.
