Usually starts double mountain for Underground's or Axe Grinder. Then can build 1 lake on the well spot for Bloated Toad in the future. Having only a 2 lake requirement gives the luxury of building extra mountains for Kopter lines. Sunken tower helps extend the range of Kopter and also get Axe Grinder spots. Kopters are very efficient ways to clear the toad that spawn from Bloated Toad. Added bonus if your opponent clears it with a creature since they're then have 2 creatures beside each other.
I experimented with Crystal Spice and Gemshell Tortoise but found that I didn't really need that extra deckweight.
