The deck I used to climb to God Rank with 67% winrate. This is a good old classic, but it's pretty fun and skilled to play, and very versatile.
The whole point of the deck is to outvalue your opponent until you feel confident enough on the board to really go agressive. This, of course, also depends on the matchup. Against Y Rush, you just want to survive, against blue control you want to create some pressure as fast as possible; for instance.
The key cards to keep on mulligan are Khalim, Windstorm Charger, Outland Ranger and Air Elemental. If you got none of those, you can consider keeping Oradrim Fanatic. On the other hand, if you already have Windstorm Charger on the first draw, you might want to keep some low cost spells to combo with it early on. Mulligans can be tricky with this deck, so it is most of the time up to your experience/gut feeling !
