Bloodsinger is your second best options since it helps you burn the opponent while just removing all the creatures with all the events. Try to get one of these creatures between the wells, if possible on the opposite site of your oppoent. If you play vs rush Devouring Plant does tons of work.

Make sure you draw a lot once you have the lands to collect, so that you always find the most efficient awnser to deal with the enemy board. Also this way your bloodsong will get most value.
