Mono Red Hatebringer

Mono Red deck for Metashaker #3, which includes Hate Seed and Firebringer as main win conditions. All other creatures in the deck count for the discount on Hate Seed and the buff on Firebringer. The deck also features some direct damage from Seifer´s Fodder, Battle Rager, Hellfire and Flame Bursts, which can help to close out the game.

Be flexible with your land placement and try to guess early what type of deck your opponent might play depending on his land placement at his first turn. Against control decks like Dream Reaver and multi-colored decks, which need time to ramp up due to their land requirement, you want to rush and fight for control over your opponent´s wells. Against tempo decks like Blue Jump or Yellow Events you have to play more defensive and either collect from your wells or fight over well control on one side, depending on your starting hand and your opponent´s opening. Against mono-green you need to gain value from your Kobold Barracks and also pray to find enough direct damage before they overwhelm you.
