If you ever wanted to cast all 4 Dragons, Mother of all Yaks and Radiance, Scourge of Oversky in a single game, this is the Deck for you!

While it is still more of a meme than a competetive Deck, it can hold its grounds better than ever, because it got some excellent (defensive) additions in the expansions with Laya, Mother and Radiance 2.0. And even if the matchup against rush is not favorable, you can beat them with a good hand, what was impossible before.

Obviously the Deck is focused on getting as much Faeria as possible to play the high end spells. Lore Thief is the only 3 of that does not produce/cheat on Faeria, but his carddraw will most likely end up getting more faeria for you.
The producing cards are split in two categories: Harvester that are basically "free", because they give back their cost and simple faeria one shot producer.

Most of the time you want to start building a lake to both sides, followed by two mountains at the wells.

Cards in your opening Hand:

Aurora's Dream: You want this asap so you should keep.

Spring Mochi: Allways keep. Best card to open with, Just make sure to not put 3 Triggers, because that will miss on 2 faeria if you draw Bold Bargainer.

Lore Thief: Allways keep. You will have top put 2 lakes first most of the time.

Laya: Allways keep. Best defensive creature in the game.

Magnus: I would keep, except i know my opponent has hard removal. He is a threat, that can get out of hand pretty quick.

Baron: You can keep, if you already have a Mochi, Thief or Experiment (if you are greedy).

Garudan: You can keep with Mochi, Thief or Bargainer.

Bargainer: You can keep with Mochi, Thief or Garudan. But make sure you still put at least one lake first if you go for Bargainer into Garudan, because if you draw into a blue cheap card you mess up the Bargainers ability.

All other cards should be put back.

Failed Experiment is a one shot +3 Faeria if used with Stormspawn or Bold Bargainer and thats its primary use. Still can be used for Thulgar, emergency Garudan or a Lore Thief that you dont want to block space etc. Keep in mind, that you can use two Experiments for a single Stormspawn.

Ogre Dance is the other +3 one shot and can be a little tricky sometimes. While you want to hold onto playing your Cards until you need them, you should fire off Ogre Dance if you have a 100% hit chance with it. You dont ever want 2 Ogre Dance in your hand. On the other hand you should try to wait until you have 100% chance. Nothing feels worse than hitting failed experiment. Most of the times you can avoid that by casting Experiment before Ogre Dance.

Windfall just gives a +2 Faeria on its own but is still great, because it can convert your cost reduction into Faeria.

Stormspawn is the most likely target for Failed experiment, but dont hesitatet to put a 3 cost Stormspawn onto the battlefield.

If you manage to survive you will eventually put some aggressive lands and start playing your Fatties. Since most of your threats are wild you can double neutral to push those lands.

Day of the Dragons is the main win conditon, usually starting with Garudan followed by Tethra for a two turn clock. If thats not enough you still have a shot with Azarai. Orosei can be sweet with some Mochis and Thiefs on the battlefield, but be aware that it will count cost reduced creatures.

Mother and Radiance are both excellent at defending and attacking.

Made some changes lately that are not yet covered here
